Description We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Document customer interactions and feedback in the database for future reference. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and share best practices. Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges as required. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
