Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls related to banking services
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
• Maintain professionalism and high customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions as per standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet service targets

Required Qualifications

• Minimum education: 12th Pass (Graduates welcome)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to handle customer queries with empathy and clarity
• Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

• Computer (typing, navigating CRM or call-handling software): 1 year (Preferred)
• Handle customer queries, Knowledge of basic banking services: 1 year (Preferred)
• customer service, BPO, or call center environments: 1 year (Preferred)
• Strong listening, problem-solving abilities: 1 year (Preferred)
• Professional phone etiquette, Documentation Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
• Team collaboration, Target Driven Mindset: 1 year (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English: 1 year (Preferred)

• English, Telugu, Tamil (Required)
