Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Customer Support Associate. The Customer Support Associate will handle day-to-day customer interactions, resolve queries, ensure customer satisfaction, and support sales through exemplary customer service. The role also involves assisting in customer training related to product usage and features.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills to assist with customer purchases and product inquiries
• Training skills to educate customers on product features and usage
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor&aposs degree preferred
