Customer Service Executive (CSE) - Mumbai (Marathi Focus)
We are hiring a Customer Service Executive (CSE) with 6 months of experience for a Work-From-Office role in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Outreach: Contact existing customers to remind and request subscription recharges.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communication: Conduct all primary communication in Marathi and Hindi. Basic English understanding is required.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 6 months in a relevant role.
Education: Minimum 12th-grade education.
Language: Mandatory fluency in Marathi. Fluency in Hindi is also required. Basic understanding of English.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
