Customer Service Manager (US Process)

You will be joining Ecorgy Solutions, a healthcare back-office BPO organization that supports clients in California, USA. Your main responsibility as a Customer Service Manager will be to ensure the smooth coordination and delivery of home health services by managing clinician schedules and maintaining service excellence. This role is crucial in aligning clinical operations with client expectations, prioritizing patient needs, and fostering operational efficiency across scheduling functions. Your roles and responsibilities will include coordinating and managing clinician schedules, ensuring all agreed-upon cases are correctly placed, prioritizing high-priority cases, handling scheduling or service-related escalations, implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction, and striving to maintain operational efficiency. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of task accountability, handling all aspects in a timely and professional manner. To qualify for this position, you should have any degree, 4 to 8 years of international client handling experience (preferably in the BPO Industry), excellent English communication skills, good computer skills, and be willing to work night shifts (9:30PM to 6:30AM & 12:30AM to 9:30AM) from the Trivandrum office location. Immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum or nearby locations are preferred.
