Job Summary

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing customer queries, ensuring smooth onboarding, handling service requests, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with loan applications, document submission, repayment queries, and account status.
  • Coordinate with credit, collections, and legal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Ensure customer records and interactions are accurately logged in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Ensure adherence to TATs (Turnaround Times) and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives by sharing customer feedback with operations and management.
