As a Customer Service Intern at Mr n Mrs Pet, you will play a crucial role in guiding pet parents through a range of services, generating pet service sales, and ensuring every pet receives the care they deserve. Your primary responsibility will be to educate, sell, and make pet parenting stress-free for our customers. Here's what you can expect in this role: - Educate pet parents about our diverse range of pet services, including grooming, training, and veterinary care. - Proactively reach out to potential customers, convert inquiries into service bookings, and provide guidance on selecting the best services for their pets. - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and coordinate bookings with service providers for seamless experiences. - Keep records updated, track customer preferences, and recommend relevant services to enhance their experience. - Achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding a customer-first approach. In terms of qualifications and skills, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: - Experience: 0-1 years in customer service, sales, or a related field (Freshers with a passion for pets and sales are welcome!) - Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field. - Customer-Centric: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on customer satisfaction. - Sales Savvy: Ability to upsell and cross-sell services confidently. - Tech-Smart: Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms. - Pet Lover: A passion for pets and their well-being is a must-have!
