As a Sales Executive in the CHA (Custom House Agent) industry located in Andheri East, Mumbai, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive sales and cultivate strong client relationships within the logistics and freight forwarding sector. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client satisfaction and loyalty, negotiating sales agreements, collaborating with internal teams for seamless service delivery, and staying informed about market trends and industry regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting regular sales reports to management. To excel in this role, you should possess proven sales experience, particularly in the CHA, logistics, or freight forwarding field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently. A solid understanding of customs clearance and logistics operations would be advantageous, as well as proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
