About the Role

We are hiring freshers for Customer Service Executive roles in a reputed International BPO. This is a great opportunity for HSC pass-outs and Graduates to start their career with global exposure in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls, chats, or emails from international customers
• Assist with queries related to telecom, banking, travel, and e-commerce
• Provide accurate solutions while maintaining professionalism
• Follow process guidelines and maintain service quality

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: HSC Pass / Graduate
• Excellent English communication skills
• Basic computer and typing knowledge
• Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts
• Freshers encouraged to apply

Shift Timings (Any 9 Hours)

• US: 5:30 PM – 10:30 AM
• UK: 11:30 AM – 3:00 AM
