Job Description:

We are looking for Customer Service Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls professionally and courteously
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Maintain call quality and follow process guidelines
  • Update customer details and interaction notes in the system
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
