Customer Service Executive - Service Coordinator

As a member of Asiatic Traders, a multidimensional engineering company specializing in pumps, motors, gear boxes, industrial tools, and automation for the past 45 years, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Handle customer queries through various channels such as phone, email, or chat efficiently and professionally. - Provide detailed information about the products and services offered by the company. - Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM systems. - Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are resolved satisfactorily. - Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer issues effectively. To qualify for this position, you should have: - Bachelor's degree (preferred). - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel. - A customer-first attitude and the ability to multitask effectively.
