Job Description

As a candidate for this role, your responsibilities will include: - Identifying potential business customers with the guidance of your Supervisor/Manager. - Collecting and validating documents from customers according to organizational norms. - Logging cases in the system following SOP and ensuring proper process for disbursement. - Meeting the sanction ratio as required by the organization. - Fulfilling customer requirements and cross-selling multiple products under the supervision of your Supervisor/Manager. - Assisting in the empanelment of new vendors and building relationships with them under the guidance of your Manager/Supervisor. - Ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations with the support of your Manager/Supervisor.
