Job Description

Go to customer places (Shop) to solve their problems, take feedback, or give help with products or services. Make good relationships with customers by listening to them and helping with their needs. Talk to customers directly, on phone, or through email to solve their questions or complaints quickly. Work with other company teams (like technical, sales, or delivery team) to fix customer issues fast. Visit sites for checking, showing how products work, installing them, or giving training if needed. Keep proper records of customer visits, issues, and what was done to solve them. Send regular reports about your visits, customer feedback, and any problems you noticed. Tell customers about new products, services, or offers from the company. Follow company rules and make sure all problems are solved on time. If not, inform the right tea
