PappyJoe is a cloud-based healthcare management software designed for clinics, hospitals, and dental practices. Our platform enables healthcare providers to efficiently manage appointments, electronic medical records (EMR), billing, pharmacy, laboratory, inventory, and patient communication through a unified system.

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service Team. This role begins with a 15-day internship and training period, after which candidates may be considered for full-time employment based on performance. Comprehensive training will be provided during the internship period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp
  • Develop a strong understanding of PappyJoe product features and customer workflows
  • Log, track, and update customer issues using CRM and support tools
  • Coordinate with product, technical, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in issue escalation handling when required
  • Support continuous improvement of customer support processes

Internship Details

  • Duration: 15 days
  • Training: Hands-on training on PappyJoe software and support processes

  • Freshers are welcome
