Job Description

Handle
inbound and outbound calls
with international customers, delivering seamless support and assistance.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related issues
, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
Provide clear
information on products and services
, guiding customers through processes effectively.
Document all customer interactions
and updates diligently in CRM or helpdesk systems.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues
to higher support levels as per defined workflow.
Adhere to communication scripts, guidelines, and company policies
consistently.
Achieve
quality and performance metrics
, including response time, customer satisfaction, and SLA compliance.
Collaborate proactively with team members to
suggest process improvements
and enhance customer service efficiency.
Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile:

Minimum Educational Requirement
: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is advantageous.
Preferred Background
: Prior experience in BPO, call center, or customer service roles.
Communication
: Exceptional verbal English communication; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail
: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential.
Shift Flexibility
: Ability to work in night shifts or rotational schedules to accommodate international customer time zones.
