About the job: Key responsibilities:- 1. Customer Communication: Handle inbound and outbound communication via calls, emails, messages, or chat with customers and vendors. 2. Quotation & Pricing: Prepare and share accurate quotes, including pricing, taxes, and product details, as per customer requirements and company policies. 3. Follow-Ups & Lead Conversion: Actively follow up with interested customers or prospects to assist in converting inquiries into confirmed orders. 4. Client Support (Lead Generation Clients): Collect and verify lead information. 5. Share qualified leads with the relevant team: Follow up on shared leads when required. 6. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records and update work status using tools like Excel or CRM software. 7. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, accounts, and product, to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. 8.
