Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and skilled Customer Service Executive for our client, Vivint, based in Gurugram. The ideal candidates will have a background in international BPO support with excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and technical support over voice channels.
Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions efficiently.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Work in collaboration with HR, Operations, and Client teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
*Any Graduate or Undergraduate*
**Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience**
**Excellent English communication skills (C1 US Voice Versant level)**
Salary:
Up to ₹31,000 CTC

5 Days Working
Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs
Both-side cab facility in hiring zone
