Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive at Vivint, based in Gurugram, your role will involve handling customer queries and technical support over voice channels. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing accurate solutions efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism. Additionally, you will work in collaboration with HR, Operations, and Client teams. Qualification Required: - Any Graduate or Undergraduate - Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience - Excellent English communication skills (C1 US Voice Versant level) In terms of benefits, you will be entitled to health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The working schedule will involve 5 days a week with rotational shifts and rotational offs. You will also have access to both-side cab facility in the hiring zone.
