Job Description

· Answer incoming and outgoing customer calls promptly and professionally.

· Listen and resolve actively to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

· Assist customers in resolving issues and proactively providing the solutions.

· Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.

· Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.

· Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer service.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the team.

· Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.

· Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

· Need to generate/convert reviews - via calls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
