Customer Service Executive - Female

You will be joining Lee Spring India as a Customer Service Executive. Lee Spring is a global leader in manufacturing and distributing mechanical springs, wire forms, stampings, and four slide parts. As a Customer Service Executive, your role will involve providing exceptional customer service to clients, developing effective service procedures, and setting customer satisfaction goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer service issues promptly. - Identifying and resolving customer problems efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary. - Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers. - Keeping accurate records of all customer service activities and discussions. - Analyzing service statistics and preparing detailed reports. - Gathering customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. - Staying updated on the latest industry techniques and methods. To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. - 0-2 years of proven experience in customer service. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and one or more Indian languages. - Good knowledge of management practices and techniques. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore (Bommasandra) reporting to the Managing Director. The salary range is between 18,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month, with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, food allowance, health insurance, and internet reimbursement.
