Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls professionally and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or service requests (if applicable).
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently within defined timelines.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors.
  • Maintain call logs and records of customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, processes, and system changes.
  • Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company policies.
