Job Summary: UCH India is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Audit & Control -Analyst to support the optimization of our business operations. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights through data-driven reporting, conducting internal audits, and working with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. Your contributions will help monitor performance, identify gaps, and prevent revenue leakage, playing a vital part in our continuous improvement strategy. Key Responsibilities: Reporting & Data Analysis Generate and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using internal systems. Provide ad hoc reports based on specific business requirements for internal stakeholders and customers. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business decisions. Internal Audit & Controls Conduct regular internal audits to evaluate adherence to company policies and procedures. Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions. Contribute to the prevention of revenue leakage through detailed assessments. Process Improvement & Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with other departments to implement improvements identified through audits. Assist in communicating and coordinating process changes effectively. Required Skills: Strong numeracy and literacy skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel Skills: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards. Data Analysis: Power Bi, Ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights. Reporting Tools: Experience in generating structured reports from internal systems. Computer Literacy: Comfortable working with various business software/tools.
