Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, emails, and follow-ups, ensuring timely resolution of queries and a superior customer experience.
1) Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and walk-ins
2) Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
3) Follow up on complaint resolution and delivery status
4) Coordinate with vendors for delivery tracking
5) Ensure confidentiality and accurate handling of customer data
6) Provide consultative support by suggesting suitable solutions

Requirements / Qualification-

1) Experience or knowledge in Customer Service / CSA role
2) Good communication skills
3) Working knowledge of MS Office & Excel
4) Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
5) 12th Pass and Graduation pursuing
