Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amadeus and strong customer-handling skills to support UK-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
• Manage end-to-end travel bookings using Amadeus GDS
• Provide accurate fare quotes, ticketing, re-issuance, and revalidation
• Assist customers via calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and deliver high-quality customer service
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service standards
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Eligibility & Requirements

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in customer service within the travel industry
• GDS Knowledge: Mandatory hands-on experience with Amadeus
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work in UK shift timings
• Strong problem-solving and customer-centric approach

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling international customers
• Knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and travel documentation
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
