Customer Service Executive

You are being hired for a US Banking Blended Process involving voice and chat support, and are required to work in US shifts with 2 rotational week offs. The job location is Noida and immediate joiners are preferred. To be eligible, you should have at least 1 year of experience in International BPO and possess excellent communication skills. The salary offered is up to Rs. 50,000 CTC and Rs. 43,400 In Hand per month. Please note that there are no cab facilities provided for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Support: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat and phone calls. - Deliver exceptional service by understanding and resolving customer concerns effectively. - Process Adherence: - Follow all company guidelines and process workflows. - Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards for international customer service. - Documentation: - Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools. - Issue Resolution: - Identify customer issues, escalate unresolved problems to the relevant department, and provide timely updates to customers. - Collaboration: - Work closely with team members and supervisors to share insights and achieve team performance goals. Skills and Competencies: - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Customer Focus: Strong ability to understand customer needs and deliver personalized solutions. - Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues. - Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
