Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sample control and file maintenance, ensuring timely follow-up to meet Turnaround Time (TAT) requirements.
Maintain strong coordination and communication with external clients, sales teams, and laboratory teams.
Efficiently address and resolve all queries from clients and vendors.
Manage new vendor onboarding to reduce hold times and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain all quality records generated during the testing and certification process.
Ensure confidentiality of all information obtained during employment.
Work closely with sales and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

Graduate or MBA, preferably with experience in the textile industry.

Additional Information

Compensation: INR 3 - 8 LPA (based on current experience and qualifications).
