We are looking for an energetic team member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between customers and banks. Calling and Handling day-to-day leads received through website and customer reference. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Graduate Degree (B.Com preferred) knowledge of financial statements & loan documents Must know English & Hindi/Kannada (other languages are a plus) Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. Job Responsibilities: Making customer phone calls and converting the leads into business, received through website. Initial assessment of loan documents Coordinate with customers to collect financials for loan processing documents Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan application processing Publishing regular MIS.
