Job Description

  • Handle incoming customer calls and provide prompt and professional responses.
  • solve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customers with timely updates regarding their services, Parts and queries.
  • Maintain continuous communication with customers to ensure their issues and inquiries are resolved without delays.
  • Coordinate with service engineers regarding customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
  • Collaborate with the China team/suppliers to address product- or service-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Ensure clear communication between customers, engineers, and the company for smooth service operations.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and support.
  • Strive to enhance customer experience by providing reliable, efficient, and solution-oriented service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
