Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) male candidate

Responding to customer complain over the phone, via email, and in person.

• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
• Developing and reviewing customer service standards, procedures and policies.
• Managing service staff to ensure desired customer satisfaction levels are met.
• Providing direction, feedback and performance reviews to staff.
• Helping to train new employees in company procedures.
• Communication with China Haijia for service issue, over the phone, via email.
• Keep accurate record of Customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Udhana, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Computer skills: 2 years (Preferred)
