Customer Service -Back office

You will be part of the Back Office Customer Service team in Ahmedabad, handling customer queries through chat and providing accurate written resolutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. - Delivering clear, accurate, and grammatically correct written resolutions. - Supporting customers with service and sales-related requests. - Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. - Following defined processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. To qualify for this role, you should: - Be a fresher or experienced candidate with excellent written English skills at C1-level proficiency and zero grammatical errors. - Hold an educational qualification of 10+3 Diploma / HSC / Any Graduate. - Possess basic computer literacy and typing skills. - Be willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
