Job Description:
We are hiring Tele calling Executives for our Motor Insurance Claims – Voice Process. The role involves assisting customers with their insurance claims, providing accurate information, and ensuring smooth claim settlement through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to motor insurance claims.
• Assist customers with claim status, required documents, and process updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
• Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Any graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience in tele calling or voice process.
• Prior experience in Insurance claims or customer support preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

Salary: 12k to 16k Take Home + Incentives
