Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle inbound calls from existing and potential franchise partners regarding inquiries, support, or complaints.
✅ Make outbound calls to follow up on pending issues, share updates, or provide necessary information to franchise partners.✅ Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.✅ Accurately record call details, feedback, and issues in the CRM system.✅ Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical Support) to resolve franchise concerns efficiently.✅ Share product/service information, company updates, or promotional details with franchise partners when required.✅ Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department and ensure timely follow-up.✅ Meet daily/weekly calling targets and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Requirements:
✔ Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.
✔ Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.✔ Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or a similar role preferred.✔ Ability to handle calls politely under pressure.✔ Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or call management systems is an advantage.
