Position - Customer Support Associate (Email & Messaging)

Skillset - Fluent English (Written & Verbal)
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing tools- Strong Customer Service (CS) skills- Problem-solving & multitasking ability- Basic computer proficiency

Qualification - Any Graduate/ Undergraduate

Experience - Minimum 6 months of Experience/ Non-Voice / Email–Chat Support
