Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Associate, located in Thane. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent phone etiquette. The associate will also be tasked with providing a seamless customer experience and supporting customer service operations.

📌 Job Title: Customer Service Associate (CSA)

📍 Location: Thane, Mumbai

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives + Hiring Bonus

🕒 Shift: US Shift | 5 Days (Sat & Sun Off)

Role: Handle outbound customer calls (Lead Generation – No Sales), update CRM, and meet performance targets.

Requirements:

• 0–6 months BPO/Customer Service experience (US process preferred)

• Excellent English communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Willing to work night shifts
