Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate product information and resolve customer issues promptly. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.
