Job Description

As a Chat Support Executive at TELUS DIGITAL, you will be responsible for handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to a wide range of customer inquiries and service issues. You will also be processing transactions involving significant amounts of money with precision and attention to detail. This role requires a highly regimented schedule, providing full-day assistance to customers over the phone. Strong customer service skills, including the ability to navigate tense situations with diplomacy, are essential for success in this position. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing customer orders to ensure accuracy and completion. The ideal candidate for this role will have 0.6-3 years of experience in International Chat Support, possess excellent communication skills, and hold a graduation degree. You should be willing to work in rotational shifts and have rotational week offs to meet the demands of the role effectively.
