Job Title: Customer Service Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chat queries from customers. Provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up. Update customer records and maintain the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as call handling time and resolution rate. Maintain professionalism and service quality standards at all times.
