Job Title: Customer Care Executive Shift: Rotational (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) Weekly Offs: 2 per week Job Summary: We’re hiring customer care executives for our US inbound voice process, which focuses on sales and upselling. You’ll handle incoming calls from US customers, provide support, and promote products/services to drive revenue.
