Customer Service Assistant

Job Title: Customer Support Executive / AssociateJob Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience through calls, emails, or chat support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to handle customers politely and patiently
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Problem-solving and active listening skills
• Ability to work in shifts (if required)
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Preferred Skills

• Experience in BPO / Call Center / Voice Process
• Knowledge of US/UK process or domestic process
• Multilingual candidates preferred
