Customer Service Assistant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for building expert, dynamic knowledge of the company's products and services. Your main tasks will include conducting research to satisfy customer inquiries, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding promptly to customer inquiries, meeting personal/team targets, explaining the benefits of additional products and services to customers, and maintaining records of issues and resolutions in a database.
