Job Description As a Field Sales Executive at YouAsk, your primary responsibility will be to onboard companies, startups, and individual professionals onto the YouAsk platform in Jaipur region. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, conducting engaging product demonstrations, and building long-term relationships to drive adoption and revenue growth. Responsibilities - Identify and approach potential clients such as companies, startups, coaches, and professionals. - Conduct compelling product demonstrations either in-person or virtually. - Onboard businesses and individuals to the YouAsk platform under appropriate plans. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. - Gather user feedback and provide insights to enhance the platform. - Exceed monthly onboarding and revenue targets. - Keep records of leads, meetings, and conversions. Requirements - Possess excellent communication and presentation skills. - Show interest or experience in B2B or SaaS sales with a preference for a tech or consulting background. - Comfortable with hybrid work model and client visits within Jaipur. - Self-driven, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset. - Ability to clearly explain digital tools to both business and individual clients. Compensation & Benefits - Fixed annual package ranging from 1.4L to 3L along with incentives. - Attractive commissions and performance-based bonuses. - Travel allowance provided for client visits as required. - Opportunities for career growth into senior or regional sales roles.
