Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs. Handle customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to drive sales. Promote company products and services via calls, email, or other channels. Stay updated on product features and industry trends for effective pitching. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Handle customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary. Record customer interactions and transaction details accurately in CRM. Be flexible with rotational shifts and weekly offs. Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate. Fluent in English, Hindi, and one South Indian language (Tamil or Telugu). Excellent communication and persuasive skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive. Prior experience in customer service or telesales is preferred. Benefits:Salary range: ₹25,000 to ₹28,000/month + performance incentives.
