Order Management & Coordination
Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate internally with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Monitor the status of each order, proactively updating clients at every stage.
Ensure high-quality packaging and delivery experience in line with brand standards.
Brand Representation
Maintain a thorough understanding of the brands product range, craftsmanship details, and design philosophy.
Uphold the luxury brand image in all customer interactionsboth verbal and written.
