Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers for business opportunities with support from the Supervisor/Manager.
  • Collect customer documents and validate them as per organizational norms and product requirements.
  • Log cases in the system according to the standard operating procedures and follow the entire process until disbursement or closure.
  • Meet the required sanction ratio as defined by the organization.
  • Understand customer needs and actively support cross-selling of multiple Third Party Products under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager.
  • Assist the Supervisor/Manager in empaneling new vendors and developing strong, long-term vendor relationships.
  • Support the Supervisor/Manager in ensuring compliance with all Audit guidelines, RBI regulations, and internal process requirements.

Qualifications

Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline
