Job Description

shoka FranMark is seeking a proactive and people-oriented Customer Sales Executive to manage franchise leads and customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in client follow-ups, customer engagement, and relationship handling in a sales-driven environment. Experience using WhatsApp CRM tools and strong communication skills in Hindi and English is essential. Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming franchise inquiries and follow up regularly via WhatsApp, calls, and email Maintain and manage leads in the WhatsApp CRM system Build strong, long-term relationships with potential customers Understand franchise product offerings and share proposals and brochures as needed Ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to booking with timely communication Achieve monthly sales revenue targets to qualify for incentives Report customer feedback and concerns to the sales manager for process improvements Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship or franchise sales follow-up Proficiency in WhatsApp Business tools or CRM software Strong communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously with attention to detail Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a sales mindset
