What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Conversations that Matter: Handle calls, chats, and emails, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
• Be a Solution Finder: Understand customer needs and recommend services or upgrades that add genuine value.
• Own the Experience: Track, escalate, and follow through on cases until fully resolved.
• Be the Voice of the Customer: Identify trends, share insights, and contribute to improving processes and products.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with operations, product, and marketing to ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Learn, Grow, and Earn: Receive training in the latest tools, customer psychology, and communication best practices while being recognised for high performance.

What Success Looks Like

• Consistently beating first-response time targets.
• Maintaining high CSAT (customer satisfaction) scores.
• Resolving cases within SLA timelines.
• Recommending relevant services or upgrades naturally during conversations.
• Proactively sharing customer insights that support business improvements.

What You Bring

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A curious, empathetic approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry (training provided if needed).
• Prior customer support or service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
