We are Hiring Customer Relationship Officer

Product : Group Loan & MSME Loan
Reports to: Branch Manager
Location: Pudukkottai
Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualifications and Skills:Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 wheeler Must
• Gender: Male & Female

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or customer service (preferably in lending).
• Experience with group lending methodologies and individual loan assessment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

• Identify and recruit potential clients for group and individual loan products.
• Conduct group meetings and community mobilization to promote loan offerings.
• Build long-term relationships with clients based on trust and excellent service.

Loan Processing & Assessment:

• Collect, verify, and process loan applications ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct field visits, household/business assessments, and due diligence.
• Evaluate creditworthiness of applicants using company guidelines and risk assessment tools

Reporting & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the loan management system.
• Prepare regular reports on loan performance, client portfolio, and field activities.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory standards.
