Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer at our Adoor location. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries or concerns, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing and analyzing customer accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and collaborating with different teams to meet customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and the ability to foster long-term client relationships
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and provide solutions
  • Experience in Sales with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other customer management software.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and customer-focused environment.
  • Relevant experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
