Customer Relationship Manager

About the Role:We’re looking for a smart, energetic and well-spoken female professional to be the friendly face of our brand. This is a hybrid role that involves interacting with customers, collecting reviews, ensuring satisfaction, and handling basic content posting and photography for our products (mainly dresses or fashion). She should be comfortable speaking with customers, coordinating post-sale experiences, and also managing basic daily social media uploads — making her a key part of both the customer journey and brand visibility. Responsibilities:🗣 Customer Interaction & ExperienceEngage with walk-in or online customers and ensure smooth communication Politely ask happy customers to leave reviews (Google, Instagram, etc.) Follow up with past customers via phone to check satisfaction Collect feedback and suggestions for future improvements Maintain customer records and update preferences for repeat targeting 📸 Photos & Content SupportClick clear photos of dresses or customers (with consent) using mobile phone Share those images with the design/social team daily Maintain a basic shoot calendar of which dresses or collections need photos 📲 Posting & Schedule CoordinationUpload photos/reels/stories on social platforms as per content calendar Respond to DMs or comments with standard brand-approved replies Report post-performance and suggestions to the team Assist in scheduling reminders for offers, drops, and collection updates Who You Are:Confident in speaking with customers (in Hindi, Punjabi, and English if possible) Polite, professional, and knows how to handle customer emotions gracefully Comfortable using Instagram and WhatsApp for business communication Detail-oriented, timely, and responsive Basic understanding of fashion content or a love for clothes is a bonus Requirements: Minimum education: 12th pass / graduate preferred Experience in customer service or fashion retail is a plus Comfortable using smartphones, Instagram, WhatsApp Willing to work from office/shop location Female candidates only (for brand and comfort alignment)
