Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Understand client goals, brand identity, and preferences to suggest tailored services and solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Monitor project timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate client records, proposals, and communication history.
• Assist in client onboarding and ensure a seamless start-to-finish experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relationship roles (preferably in media, production, or marketing).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
